For Riders
Sign up or log in, click "Book a Ride", enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, choose a vehicle category, and tap "Request Ride." You'll see an upfront fare estimate before confirming.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe or Square payment processing. Cash payments may be available in select markets.
Yes. Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking. After that: 25% fee before driver arrives, 50% after driver arrives, and 100% after the ride starts. A $5 flat fee may also apply.
Fares include a base fare + per-mile rate + per-minute rate, with a minimum fare guarantee. Pricing varies by vehicle category. You always see the estimated fare before confirming your ride.
Yes! Once your driver accepts the ride, you can track their live location on the map. You'll also receive real-time notifications when the driver is en route, has arrived, and when the ride starts and ends.
Yes! New riders often receive a welcome discount. You can enter a promo code during the booking process. Check our social media and email newsletters for seasonal promotions.
Yes. Select the "Family" vehicle category when booking, which includes vehicles equipped with child car seats. You can also look for the child seat icon on vehicle listings.
For Drivers
Click "Drive With Us", fill in your personal info and driver's license number, submit for review. An admin will verify your details and approve your account. Once approved, you'll start receiving ride requests.
- Be at least 21 years old
- Valid US driver's license (minimum 1 year)
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Vehicle model year 2015 or newer
- Valid auto insurance
Driver earnings are calculated from the ride fare minus the platform service fee. You can view your earnings breakdown in the Driver Dashboard. Payments are processed weekly via direct deposit.
Yes! You have full control over which ride requests to accept or decline. Your acceptance rate may affect your driver rating and visibility for premium rides.
Riders can leave tips ($2, $5, $10, or a custom amount) after the ride. Tips go 100% to you — the platform takes no cut from tips.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through Stripe/Square. We never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
