Booking & payment

How do I book a ride?
Sign up or log in, click "Book a Ride", enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, choose a vehicle category, and tap "Request Ride." You'll see an upfront fare estimate before confirming.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe or Square secure processing. Cash payments may be available in select markets.
Can I cancel a ride? Are there fees?
Yes. Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking. After that: 25% fee before the chauffeur arrives, 50% after they arrive, 100% after the ride starts. A $5 flat fee may also apply.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares include a base fare + per-mile rate + per-minute rate, with a minimum fare floor. Pricing varies by vehicle class. You always see the estimated fare before confirming.
Can I track my chauffeur in real-time?
Yes. Once your chauffeur accepts the ride, their live location appears on the map. You also get real-time notifications when they're en route, have arrived, and when the ride starts and ends.
Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
New riders often receive a welcome discount. Enter a promo code during booking. Check our email newsletter and social media for seasonal promotions.
Can I request a child car seat?
Yes. Select the "Family" vehicle class when booking, or look for the child-seat icon on vehicle listings.
For Chauffeurs

Driving with us

How do I become a chauffeur?
Visit Drive With Us to apply. After a 7-year background check, vehicle inspection, and admin approval, you're ready to accept rides.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Model year 2015 or newer, 4-door, good cosmetic condition, working A/C and safety features. Pass our standard inspection, or use a company-assigned vehicle.
How do I get paid?
Weekly direct deposit, every Monday. Earnings include ride fares plus 100% of tips. View your earnings in real time from the chauffeur dashboard.
Can I set my own hours?
Yes. There are no minimum hours or shift schedules. Go online when you want, off when you want. Peak hours typically pay higher rates.

Privacy & support

Is my personal data safe?
All payments use PCI-DSS compliant tokenisation — card details are never stored on our servers. Ride details are shared only with your assigned chauffeur. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
