Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Submit this form and we will honor your request within 15 business days.

The email tied to your Road2Sky account, or the address you used at booking.

What happens next

  1. We log your request the moment you submit it.
  2. Within 15 business days, an admin marks your request processed and we stop sharing your data with marketing/advertising partners.
  3. We retain a record of your request for 24 months as required by the CCPA.
  4. This does not delete your account — it only stops the sale/sharing of your data. To delete your account entirely, sign in and use the "Delete Account" option on your Profile page.
